Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Can I order a book if it isn't published yet?

If a book you'd like to order hasn't published yet you have two options.

1.

You can register your interest by clicking on the “register interest” button on the series page. This means we know to send you an email when it becomes available.

2.

Order in the normal manner and it will be recorded as a 'due' publication on our computer system. Your order will then be sent out to you automatically when it is published.

For credit accounts, an invoice will only be sent out when the product is released.

When ordered, the NYP (Not Yet Published) item is listed on an invoice with an estimated time of publication.

If orders are received with payment, the payment is taken and an invoice with 'cash received with thanks for books to follow' is sent with the estimated time of publication.

We will only debit your credit card when the goods have come into stock and are released.

Is it possible to track my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Delivery time is dependent upon destination. All delivery times are estimates only and, while we will endeavour to avoid delay, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

Of course you can! If you'd like to cancel your order at any time please contact customer services: +44 (0)844 576 8115.

I'd like to return an item, is that okay?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with any of our products, they may be returned for a full product credit within 30 days from the date of invoice, providing they are in a resaleable condition.

If you're an International customer, however, we won't accept returns unless goods are faulty.

How do I set up an account with Folens?

If you're a teacher at a UK School simply call our customer services team and they'll be happy to help: +44 (0)844 576 8115.

However, if you are a private individual or you're based outside the UK, we can't offer an account facility.

New Trade Customer - can I have a trade credit account with Folens?

Yes, Folens is pleased to accept new UK dealer accounts. Our terms of business are:

We expect dealers to buy a minimum of GBP £1,000 of products at invoice value a year. We review accounts annually. Dealers not meeting this minimum, annual, purchase will be asked to either trade on a payment with order basis or to order via the UK wholesaler, Gardners.

Your first order must be pre-paid. Please make payments to HarperCollins Publishers.

You may pay by electronic transfer, money order, bankers draft, cheque or major credit card. If paying by credit card, please provide full details when placing your order. Your credit card will be debited when your order is processed.

Credit may be given after the first, pre-paid, order. Credit period is 30 days.
